I hired the team to clean my oven. RAYMUND and his staff did a great job and left my oven spotlessly clean. He also changed the light bulb inside the oven which will bring light back during cooking . They are very professional and friendly. I will recommend them to my friends. More...

I’ve used various services in the past and I’ve never experienced wish efficiency and dedication.

Raymund and his partner cleaned our oven professionally and on time, leaving it looking brand new. We were thrilled with the result and plan to hire them again in the future.

Timely Service

The girls were great, respectful, and hard working! We hired them back for a second job just 2 days after! They made a huge difference in my greasy kitchen/bathroom. They provided nice vacuum and cleaning supplies! More...

Quick replies to questions, timely arrival of staff and excellent service throughout this job. I will use Emerald again and highly recommend them for great service.

Raymund’s team has done a excellent job in cleaning our Condo unit and it was done very quickly. The price is also very reasonable.

They cleaned well, nice, polite, no issues at all

Raymond was great to work with and his team did a great job.

The service provided was AMAZING! They answered promptly and performed beyond my expectations at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t believe how efficiently they worked and in no time the house was SPARKLING clean ! I booked them two times. First time for house cleaning and another time for couch ( upholstery) cleaning. My couch looked brand new! The team also has GREAT energy, responsible, reliable, kind and trustworthy. I will call them again. More...

The service I experienced was absolutely horrible. I had requested a thorough deep cleaning and the results were far from satisfactory. My oven, a primary component of any deep cleaning process, was neglected and left in a dirty state. The kitchen range, too, wasn't even superficially cleaned. This level of carelessness was continued with the mirrors, which were marred by a significant number of unsightly stains. Worst of all was the bathtub - its condition after their so-called "cleaning" was simply horrendous. And at the end of the day they broke shelf in a fridge (they also forget to clean so I needed to asked them to come back and finish what was promised by manager) More...

If you’re looking for a fantastic cleaning service, you just found it. So impressed with the professional services they provided right from the first contact made. Incredible communication. They came in less than 24 hours and the house was spotless, gleaming! So many little extras were provided. Very, very, very satisfied. 👍 More...

Raymond advised that there would be 2 cleaners and there was I my one. She said she had a hard time understanding English and although did a decent job cleaning, there was much left undone and Raymond picked her up before she was finished and rushed her out.

He told the client, who is Senior that he owes her a discount next time she books him. Very unprofessional! More...

The team were great to work with! They did a very thorough job. We were satisfied with the result. Their services were affordable. They arrived on time. There was consistent communication. I would definitely hire them again. We appreciate More...

Great, detailed work. Came on short notice. Reasonable pricing.
Very friendly staff.
I would recommend their service and will probably hire them again

The employees at Emerald Touch were very nice. Cleaning was mediocre. I paid for a deep clean in a practically empty house. It took about 2 hours for my 3 floor, 5 bedroom house and it seems that they rushed through the job. My kitchen counters didn’t seem to be touched, the cleaning products used inside the stove was not properly wiped clean and somehow my floors were not mopped. Unfortunately would not hire them again. Very quick on response and they will accommodate your requests. the cleaning service was good.

Highly recommended

I will never use them again, they did not move items when dusting. They dusted around the items and did not move any chairs when vacuuming. Raymond had sprayed my oven before they started ( I requested having my oven cleaned as I recently had knee replacement and can’t kneel) but when he came to wipe off the spray he only did the front of the oven. Later that evening I was about to use it and noticed the shelves were not wiped - there was still spray on them and the back of the oven was never touched, I had to find someone else to finish the oven and when I called Raymond he said he is very busy and can’t return just to clean an oven so I asked for a refund on the oven and he said he would refund me $25 but have not received any refund and that was around 3 weeks ago. They are very unprofessional in my opinion and would not recommend them to anyone. More...

Emerald touch came through for me last minute. I had some drywall renos done while away. The contractors did a decent job getting rid of the bulk of the dirt/debris but the place needed a good deep clean. I needed this next day as well. I sent a request on Bark and Raymund got back to me quickly, with a very fair price.

The cleaning while not 100% as a few small areas were missed was still really good. The place was in cleaning enough shape to welcome my family back in again.

I would use Emerald again. More...

Amazing service, completed cleaning in good time, good communication. Will definitely contact them again!

Great and fast service. Ray was lovely to work with.

I really needed help with a deep clean and emerald came to save the day as I don’t have time do it myself. They were on time, efficient, quick and very polite. They left the place looking amazing. I am very happy with their service More...

Awful. Barely cleaned, just wiped surfaces and vaccuumed, extremely rushed and showed up an hour late. They broke our bedroom blinds too which will cause hundreds to repair. Very disappointed with this service, the price and Bark for having this cleaner. Will never use again More...

I was so happy with the clean I received on my first appointment they worked quickly cleaned everything I asked . I will be using their service again.

Disappointed. Paid a lot of money to have 3 young girls dropped off for the day to clean a house that needed a deep clean…that didn’t happen.

They called me right away told me how many people would be coming give me a price ask me for a Time very professional and I will make a final review once they've completed the job.

I do not recommend. I've had to hire another housekeeping service to carry out a full deep/move out clean. Emerald Touch has refunded almost half of what I paid.

Great work by Raymond’s team really happy with the attention to details

Very prompt at returning my email. Set up for next day. Very professional and kind group. Did a very thorough job cleaning. Would highly recommend. Thx

Raymund & Team were fantastic. Fast response, great communication (call & text), got in here quick and got the job done. Did a great job cleaning my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Had huge amounts of hard water scale buildup on my shower doors and fixtures. Everything is sparkling like new again. Thank you so much, I will use them again. More...

Came with 3 cleaners who did the job in less than an hour!! Made the place smell fresh and clean. Thank you!!
