Emerald Cleaning Services

Caeli has been cleaning for us weekly for the last two months. She’s reliable and does a great job. We have no worries with her having access to the house without being home. She’s been happy to accommodate additional asks and flexible. We highly recommend her if you’re looking for a cleaner! More...

Caeli is an incredibly well organized and thorough person. Whenever she comes into my home she always leaves it in show home condition and manages to get every speck of pet hair and pet smell out of my house. I can always depend on her to be completely transparent with us when it comes to what needs to be cleaned and she always asks if there’s anything else she can do for us. I trust her completely with my house More...

Awesome great job very efficient and professional

Kept in touch as to when arrival would be. As soon as she came in the door she started cleaning. I did not have to babysit her she knew exactly what to do and got right to it. House looks great after she’s been here.
Excellent cleaning skills.
And to top it off a very nice, responsible and respectful person. More...

Ok, Caeli is seriously magic! Not only is she literally the kindest and most gentle human, with a friendly demeanour, she’s always excited to greet my animals and comes in like she’s part of the family- it always seems like we’ve known her forever even though we’ve only known her a few months! Caeli is always SO polite and accommodating as well and asks if there is anything else you’d like done, or anything she needs to know. She’s always on time or gives a well in advance heads up if her previous client will put her behind (never more than 10 minutes) and has full transparency with us. She also sends a reminder text the day before your cleaning, and ensures that you know when your next cleaning is. She always somehow leaves my house looking like a show home, and I have NO idea how she manages to get rid of all of the pet hair and scattered bits of litter. I vacuum and sweep almost every day and somehow it never even compares to how she can clean my floors! All of our appliances look brand new when she’s done as well. I seriously do not know how she does it! She’s incredibly reasonably priced, and always provides me with a detailed invoice so I know exactly what has been done (and she always goes above and beyond). I leave my home to her and she sends me updates as she’s cleaning to give me piece of mind. I trust Caeli entirely in my home, and with my animals. I feel very safe leaving her there to do her cleaning, and when I return it’s almost like coming home to one of the best gifts, which is a home that not only smells clean, but is organized and completely spotless. I would, and will, recommend her to everyone I know, and I wouldn’t hesitate to praise her to anyone who asks. She’s unlike a lot of cleaning services, Caeli makes you feel like she genuinely cares about whether you are happy or not, and strives to ensure you come home to a completely clean home- everything done with a 110% effort from her. You can tell she’s a person who has a lot of pride in her work, and chose to do this because she has a passion for it, and not because it’s a just job for her. Something about Caeli’s services is so much more special, because she genuinely has a heart for what she does. I am so lucky to have found her, and you would be too. More...
