We hired the Embark Catering and no regrets. Simone and Devon were very professional. Communication from the beginning was very good. They arrived well in advance to prepare (and the weather was terrible ... rain and ice over the Christmas holidays). The food was very flavourful (guests were very impressed), the service was very professional (not to mention the servers taking care of not only the serving of platters, but coats and gifts as guests arrived). We had an outstanding experience with this catering team. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Simone was very accommodating. We had more than enough food with plenty of left overs. Everything was delicious.

We hired Embark Catering for our rehearsal dinner this July (30 people). What made the decision easy was the quick and professional email responses from Simone from the very start. The process was very smooth leading up to the day. On the actual day we were VERY happy with the service and the food was incredible. Embark Catering were fantastic beginning to end! Simone was super responsive, kind and accommodating. She guided me through the whole process. We had a relatively small order for 18 people and she treated us like we were ordering for a wedding. The food arrived right on time, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Everyone was raving about the flavours and perfect textures. Highly recommend and will not hire anyone else in the future. Simone was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time hiring caterers for a party (my mom's 65th birthday). Simone was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions, she explained what i could expect the day of and recommended the amounts and canape selections I should order. My guests enjoyed the food selection and it was plentiful. I ordered 20 dozen canapes for 45 people. I am happy with the excellent service and quality of delicious food Simone and Devon provided. My favourites were the fried chicken sliders, lamb skewers **chef's kiss** and the crab cakes - made with real crab! I decided to order dessert from my mom's favorite bakery and before Simone left, she asked if I needed help putting out dessert, talk about great customer service. We hired Simone and her team for a 60th cocktail birthday party for 45 people and we were not disappointed. She was very easy to communicate with, gave lots of great suggestions on food and portions and always had time to answer all of our questions. Embark catered a Christmas dinner at our home, with 26 guests, including appetizers and desserts (and separate meals for kids) and it was all delicious and really well priced! Simone, from Embark, kept constant and helpful communication, arrived on time with food all prepped and heated and we couldn't have been happier. We used Embark Catering for a large and prominent corporate event, and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Simone was very easy and quick to communicate with, addressing any of our potential concerns/requests from the very beginning to the end. Our event was catered to in a "cocktail style" manner. I hosted an event for 15 people and worked with Embark for all of the catering. I would break my experience down into 2 categories: - Customer Journey/Experience - Food Quality Customer Journey/Experience: I cannot recommend Embark enough based on my experience. From the moment I first enquired about services, their communication was timely, accurate and helpful. They ensured that I had the right menu for the event, responded to my questions in a timely fashion and met every timeline that we set. It was an outstanding experience. Food Quality We had a spread of Starters and Entrees. We had arranged to have the food delivered to us 4 hours prior to the start of the event. Simone arrived and provided us with detailed instructions on how to reheat the food. This made it very easy for us to serve the food warm. It was delicious. My particular favourites were the Lamb Skewers (The sauce OMG!), Plantain and Guac and the Chicken Entree. We received so many compliments on the menu and taste.
