How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A site visit is always recommended to review the condition of the structure, this also allows us an opportunity to discuss ideas, plans and possibilities with the client.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Drawings, permits, engineering if necessary, then slab on grade or frost wall, cement finishing, framing, siding, doors, windows. Insulation if required.

Dream Builders Canada incorporated officially last year, however the owner, James, has been in the industry for over 40 years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All of the work comes with a workmanship and factory warranty*. We always try to do a site revisit after a few months to make sure our clients are still satisfied with our work and products.
