We brought our 10 month old dog to work on barking, socialization, and her fear around other dogs and new situations. We were honestly surprised by how much progress she made in such a short time. We’re already seeing really positive changes, and it’s made a big difference for us.Marg is amazing. She is never forceful and does not believe in harsh training methods at all. You can tell she truly loves dogs and really understands them. Marg’s classes were fabulous! From the very first session, it was clear that she truly understands dogs and is deeply passionate about helping both the dogs and their owners succeed. She gives 110% in every class and equips you with practical, effective tools that actually work in real-life situations. Marg is patient, kind, and so loving with the dogs. My dog, Archie (rescue pup), was extremely reactive and anxious outdoors (especially around other dogs, squirrels, skateboards, etc) but she never hesitated to take him on. Instead, she met him where he was at and gave me the confidence, structure, and techniques I needed to help him improve. Thanks to her guidance, Archie has come so far, and I feel much more capable handling him in challenging situations. What really sets Marg apart too is how thorough and supportive she is outside of class as well. She provides detailed reports after every session, shares links to helpful tools and resources, and is always quick to respond to any questions. Her communication is amazing. She’s incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about your progress. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Marg’s classes more. I can’t recommend Marg enough! I have a reactive dog and tried several trainers before, but nothing seemed to click until we found her. Marg’s backyard class location is fantastic—so much better than the usual indoor spaces. We started with a private session to address reactivity, then took the Dogease Skills Level II, which gave us practical skills and tools for everyday situations. The progress has been incredible. What a PAWfect experience we have had with Marg! She is Kaiser’s puppy whisperer! Marg goes above and beyond to make your furmily members trading exciting, engaging and accomplishable. I’m glad we started early with Marg to train our Jackie (a 10-weeks-old Jack Russell) her guidance gave us structure, a methodology to practice daily with our puppy, and foremost an understanding of the language of dogs. Pumpkin and I had a great training session with Marg! My hope was for my puppy to stop pulling on her leash and to stop jumping up on me. Marg took us through a variety of exercises to reinforce the proper behaviour in a positive way! Pumpkin responded really well and seemed to enjoy the hour lesson very much!
