I always read these reviews and think that they are mostly put on here by the people themselves patting their own back. Well I can tell you that this is not one of those reviews.
Dianne McIntyre is hands down the best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with! She jumped through so many hoops and worked her a** off to suit our needs. We had a very difficult situation as we were building a new home and had to deal with construction loans, payouts to contractors, rising interest rates and various road blocks. Dianne was able to meander her way through it all and provide us what we needed. Dianne always had our best interests in mind and kept us up to date regularly until all the documents were signed.
We are now in our new home with an affordable mortgage thanks to Dianne. I will not be using another mortgage broker again, she is the last one you'll ever need. The only detail that I miss is not dealing with her everyday and hearing her voice, we miss you...... thanks alot Dianne!!!!! More...

As soon as I started to talk with Dianne I knew she was the right person for the job. Dianne’s expertise has made all my frustrations go away, and I highly recommend anyone going through the remortgage process to go through a broker. My wife and I were going through a bank before and it was taking over three months, with no resolve.
