Vina Pabla, from Coldwell Banker, is the manager for my condo building. I had a problem with water coming up in my sink. Once I alerted Vina about the issue she got her plumbers from Coldwell Banker and came to my unit within 24 hours. I have dealt with many plumbers over my lifetime and I could tell these plumbers were professionals, they knew what to do, found the problem, got to fixing the issue and were done in record time. Thanks to Vina as well for attending to this immediately. I find her to be pleasant, helpful and knowedgeable. It is my experience that managers, over time, get weary of the constant complaints from the residents. I am a resident of 55 Via Rosedale. Recently we have changed management leaders for our building. I recently met with this buildings "New" coordinator. I had mentioned a few minor defects that would need attending too before winter sets in and within 2 days, the issues were resolved! I am an ex contractor and have spoken with Vina our buildings new coordinator about volunteering my free time to keep her informed of any issues in the future at no cost to our building or tenants. She was happy to hear that this is being taken care of free of charge. Vina has posted available times when she is onsite ( in building ) to talk with the owners. When my husband and I became Board members at HCC 373 Victoria Gardens in Georgetown the year after we moved in, we had no idea what to expect. The previous Property Manager appeared to be doing the job but had some health issues and then resigned so we were left with no Property Manager. We contacted a few in the area and after interviewing them we decided on Coldwell Banker who agreed to take us over. It was found that many items had been neglected over the years that it had been run by the owners and other Property Managers. It has been six years since Coldwell Banker has taken over and our building has never looked or operated as good as it is now. We have a new driveway which was a big job with minimal inconvenience to the owners, also a new boiler and auto entry system which makes it easier for those with walkers to get in and out. Also recently our hallways, lobby and party room were painted with many more improvements to the building. Fortunately with no assessments! My 95 year old mother lived at Victoria Gardens, Georgetown, for the past 7 years. I assisted her with any issues she experienced while there. We found that the Building Management were dedicated to resolving any issues. The building was always well maintained, making me believe that management have a good up-keep system in place. When you assume the management of a property it is always a massive onboarding process. In a mere five months we are now the envy of other corporations in our development.
