Bubbles Cleaning Vancouver

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.I was disappointed that damage was caused to my refrigerator during the cleaning. Prior to the service, the refrigerator door was functioning properly. When the cleaners finished, I was informed that the door would no longer close. The issue was identified by the cleaning team before I even returned to inspect the apartment, yet no responsibility was taken for the damage despite the fact that the refrigerator was fully functional before the cleaning began. In addition, the initial quote I received was significantly lower than the amount I was ultimately charged.While communication was generally prompt, I found the explanations regarding the additional charges and the refrigerator damage to be INCONSISTENT and frustrating.Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward move-out cleaning (on a fully empty, relatively small apartment) resulted in unexpected costs, property damage, and a great deal of unnecessary stress. Hello Everyone, A little over a year ago, my wonderful cleaner of ten years retired, and I found myself on the hunt for a new service provider. I’m pretty particular. I care a lot about who I allow into my home, and I have high standards when it comes to things like the products used, how laundry is folded, and general organization. Bubbles is -- said so simply, and meant so wholeheartedly -- the absolute best. Every clean (every interaction) has left me grinning ear to ear, in awe of their steadfast conscientiousness and care; their unyielding integrity and values; and their proactive and thoughtful communication, at every touchpoint. For the slightest context, I have a 95lb shepherd lab mix (read: swims in the ocean and carries the beach home with her daily; wears a double coat and sheds all year round ;)), so getting to have the same cleaners every time makes a world of difference: in knowing my home, they too know my preferences and priorities, always managing still to go above and beyond.
