From the moment she picked us up at the Victoria airport, Karen was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, making us feel welcome right away. Our trip didn’t go as planned because we had to deal with lost luggage at the airport, and she patiently waited for us without ever making us feel rushed. When we arrived at our Airbnb downtown, we also had trouble figuring out how to get inside, and once again she stayed with us until everything was sorted out. That level of thoughtfulness and kindness is rare.On top of that, she was an excellent driver—safe, confident, and professional throughout the entire ride. Regent was so speedy with communication when I reached out to book last minute sprinter vans to get our wedding party to our venue! Our driver was great, helping us gals load into the van and she had water bottles ready to go on a very hot August day. We had such a blast on the ride over.
