Initial consultations can be held over webcam (Skype, Teams, etc.) or FaceTime via iOS devices. If available, FaceTime is preferred, as it gives you the ability to walk around your space and we can discuss details while looking at different areas in real time.
Demolition
Residential and Commercial: Partial or full demolition of kitchens, bathrooms, walls, drywall, tile, hardwood and laminate flooring, cabinetry, counters, glazing, concrete, masonry, retaining walls, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
Can perform work after hours as needed.
Asbestos site testing can be arranged before starting demo work if deemed necessary, and can coordinate asbestos abatement as needed.
General Contracting
Residential: Extensive experience in full and partial residential renovations, large and small, from single bathroom to full home remodel.
Commercial: Tenant improvements such as office, retail, government, and private. Extensive experience in building presentation/sales centers. Can work with design team, assist with scheduling, and expedite the project from demo day to opening day.
Handyman
Residential and Commercial: Changing locks, door and cabinet hardware, light fixtures and bulbs, caulking and silicone, painting, tile repair, flooring, trim, etc.
Disposal & Cleaning
Residential and Commercial: Preparation of home or unit for sale or new tenant - junk removal and disposal, site cleaning.
