ALL PERSONAL TRAINERS ARE NOT CREATED EQUALLY!
I've had approximately 5 different personal trainers. And for the most part they’ve all been the same, they don’t watch to ensure you don’t get hurt, too busy checking their phones or chatting with other trainer buddies, with no noticeable results to my overall body.
I was 56 years old, pushing 180 lbs, wearing size 18 (XL, sometimes XXL) type 2 diabetes, & high cholesterol. I had just about given up on personal trainers and on myself.
Until I met Barrymore. He promised me I can get to where I want in about 1 year.
In as little as 8 sessions (8 hrs of training!) people started noticing my weight loss and I started believing Barrymore would be deliver on his promise. With Barrymore as your trainer you get a caring personable trainer, who is constantly watching and adjusting your technique to ensure you are working the correct muscle group and reaping the most benefit of your workout, you get a nutritionist to help you correct your food intake mistakes, a plethora of healthy life choices information and a great person overall.
In less than a year Barrymore helped me lose approximately 45 lbs, I’ve reversed my type 2 diabetes and have my cholesterol under control, I’m a size 31 waist, I’ve dropped to size 10 (medium). I feel better today than I have in 20 – 30 years.
But now that I’m close to achieving my goals, I know I’m going to stay with him for as long as it takes to keep myself healthy and strong as I quickly approach my 60’s…NO WALKERS FOR ME!!
