Scam! Price given by phone $ 250. Then, at the end Jay made a make-up story that was very complicated and very difficult, and he had to use more force. He doubled the price to $ 550! In my opinion, they must discuss the price earlier not at the end, when there is no choice left. When I asked for the invoice, he called me stupid! I was shocked! I have been using Barks since 2024, and I had good experience with every company I contacted and received excellent service. I was impressed by quick and professional services and rated them all - 5 stars. This is my first negative experience with Barks. I was recommending this site to all my friends. I should have opened the ceiling in the basement to make the job easier — it would have been $250 and done. Instead, my helper and I worked hard to pass that P trap pipe under the ceiling. It shows how good person you are on. Thank you for giving me such a kind review

Definitely using Aria Plumbing again. Fair price, but most importantly, he taught us what to do next time we have the same issue. He cleaned the kitchen area where he worked and ddnt leave the place for us to like people do. He responded one minute immediately I posted around 11:58pm and he came in around 1pm the next day because I ddnt decide on time, he wanted to come at 10am. Jay and his assistant did a thorough job. The pipe was old and cracked .. they happened to have the part and replaced it. The job took almost 2 hours and they were very professional and real gentlemen throughout the entire process . I will definitely hire them again.. mind you their work came with a 3 year warrantee !
