Gutter Cleaning
Started great ended poorly.
Devender/ABD Cleanteck was hired to clean our gutters October of 2023 and did a great job.
After the cleaning was done they added a downspout to a long run of roof to help keep from overflowing. It was terminated on the deck and I was told he would come back when the weather warmed up to punch through and seal it properly. In adding this downspout a small leak on the corner of the gutter became much worse. After an attempt to fix it he stated it wasn’t doable in that weather and would return when he came to finish the downspout.
After missed appointments and multiple attempts to contact it’s become clear ABD will not be returning to complete the work that was promised.
Very disappointing after the initial good work and great communication.
