I booked this moving company and paid a $175 deposit for a scheduled move. Unfortunately, my experience with Roy was very disappointing.
The movers arrived 7 hours late, and as soon as they showed up, Roy began complaining that the job was “more than what we agreed on,” which wasn’t true. His behavior throughout the interaction was rude and aggressive, making the situation even more stressful.
At the end, they tried to charge me more than the original price, even though nothing had changed from the initial agreement. When I refused to pay the extra amount, Roy said he would refund my deposit.
Since then, instead of providing updates or processing the refund, Roy has been sending me TikTok links, which feels unprofessional and avoids the actual issue.
This happened on April 29, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience. I hope the company improves its reliability, communication, and customer service.

Very disappointing experience. The movers were rude and unprofessional, and on top of that, they kept wasting time during the move.
It felt like delays were intentional. They demanded more money, claiming our items were “too heavy.” and we didn’t discuss in details.
This was never mentioned beforehand, and it put us in a stressful position mid-move. A reliable company should be efficient, honest, and respectful
