After checking the rating and the quote I awarded the work to m/s Abbas . On the first hour of the work , I was surprised from the arrogance and bullying of Mr. Abbas senior who clearly wanted to increase his fee for things he supposed have seen during his site visit . Awkwardly he was sure that by shouting he will control me and get what he wants . Mr. Imad , first of all, we were really clear and fair with you. When we started the job, there were many Extra drywalls that you added before our coming and starting and that's why you delayed us to come one day after. We noticed these additions, but we said ok to continue working. During the work, all screws on the drywall are Not fixed properly and all of them need to refix them again because you hang the drywall by yourself and it's Not professional job. We were really good with you and thete were No shouting at all and we asked for more fees because with refix all screws again will take double extra time and this is Not fair for everyone. Finally, we stopped because the job had much differences and additions. Anyways, thank you for your feedback and please be fair with others.
