Was not happy with this service. I was quoted $130 for 3 hours but I wasn't told this was a total hour between the 2 ladies - 1. 5 hours each. I lady took 1.5 hours to clean our master bathroom. One lady left after 2 hours & the other after 2.5 hours so I received an invoice for 4.5 hours. I also found out that I had to supply all cleaners, rags, mop & vacuum. They only brought themselves. After they left, I noticed that the stainless steel appliances weren't polished, glass stove top & mirrors & shower glass was smeary just to mention a few things. We try and please reasonable customers as best we can. All our prices are told upfront so there is no misunderstandings. In our email to you a week before the cleaning it clearly states "We use your cleaning supplies to clean the home!" and it is highlighted and displayed in bold. If we bring the supplies the rate is higher and it is less sanitary. You agreed that you did not want supplies and equipment brought from other dirty places into your home. Your master bedroom was in a condition that required a lot more than 1.5H to clean but to the cleaners credit she was able to do it within that time frame. The first cleaning is always the longest which you where told before the booking. After the cleaners were done and did a walk through with you, you tried to renegotiate the price that was agreed upon. When we refused to change our rates you decided to write this review which is totally unfair but your prerogative.

All customers needs are different. Our objective is to make sure our customers cleaning needs are met to the best of their budget and our abilities. There is no greater feeling than achieving these goals for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We had a few family members working for a cleaning company in 1998 that was not treating them well. They asked us to help so we started our own business that treats our cleaning staff with respect and dignity. We have some staff members who have been with us since the company started.

Residential cleaning
There is a rough estimate of 4 to 6 hours per 1000 sf for Deep Cleaning, and 3 to 4 hours per 1000sf for Basic Cleaning. Homes over 1500 sf that need Deep cleaning will require 2 or more maids. If one maid only is requested your hour minimum will increase.
For Deep Cleaning of appliances at your home we ask that you pull out the appliances so that the maids/cleaners can clean them. The maids are advised not to lift anything more than 15 pounds.Â

Basic Cleaning:
$35×3=$105 plus tax without equipmentÂ
$45x3=$135 plus tax If our equipment is used.
$35×3=$105+13%= $118.65 Per maid $45×3=$135+13%= $152.55 Per maid
Deep Cleaning:
$55×4=$220 plus tax without equipmentÂ
$65x4=$260 plus tax If our equipment is used.
$55×4=$220+13%= $248.60 Per maid
$65×4=$260+13%= $293.80 Per maid
There is a 3 hour minimum. If more time is required for the deep clean, the cleaner will advise. They should be able to assess a time estimate upon arrival.
At times if the unit is under 1500 square feet we can reduce the time minimum to 2 hours for Basic Cleaning.
Any hour after your 4 hour minimum will be an additional $35 to $45 per hour for Basic Cleaning and $55 to $65+ for Deep cleaning.
$35 to $45 per hour is the standard rate per cleaner for basic laboring cleaning. This does not include our equipment of vacuums, mops or brooms. And additional $10 per hour is required for our staff to provide cleaning equipment on both Basic and Deep cleaning placements.
Basic Cleaning mainly involves:
Â
1. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors and baseboards.
2. Cleaning bathrooms – sink, mirror, bath and toilet
3. If client advises Tidying up just straightening up. (Making beds or organizations of the bedrooms are not included in Basic Cleaning)
4. Cleaning the kitchen – wiping down work surfaces and cupboard doors.
5. Dusting including all the corners of rooms for cobwebs
6. Removal of Garbage. Most of the time we'll collect the garbage, and leave it in one area so that the customer can go through it to ensure nothing needed is discarded.
Deep cleaning mainly involves:
1. Inside and around kitchen appliances like the oven, microwave, and fridge.
2. Wiping of walls, inside of window frames, patio doors and window panes ( Inside only)
3. Wiping all blinds- Please note that possible damage done to blinds we do not assume liability as they can be very difficult to clean.
4. All of the basic cleaning tasks now included making of beds.
We also offer laundry services for an extra charge based per load.
