647 Photobooth worked our wedding this past weekend, and we're so happy with their services. We would definitely recommend them. Working with Kay was so easy, with just a couple back-and-forth emails to sort out layouts and details. This became super valuable as wedding planning progressed and we were getting so many questions and emails from other vendors. We just knew Kay had our photobooth under control. On the night of the wedding, they set up and just started. I didn't even know they'd arrived! Such a smooth experience. But the real magic was in the attendant. Our attendant, Andrea, was amazing. You could tell she wanted to get good photos, not just click a button and get the line moving. She put extra effort into making sure our guests got into the frame, moved to take different shots, and was endlessly patient with the rowdy and disorganized bunch. We had a mixed experience with 647 Photobooth for our wedding. They provided dry ice and sparklers for our first dance, but unfortunately, the technician arrived late, and the setup was chaotic with some technical difficulties. However, their customer service team was responsive and addressed these issues after the event, making amends for the disruptions. On a positive note, they really saved the day by providing a photobooth at the last minute when our band informed us the day before that theirs was broken. The photos of our friends and family turned out incredible, and each of our guests walked away with a photo to remember our wedding by.
