Tom took the time to call and give us a run down of how it all works, he was super responsive and helpful the entire way through. Brayden was our Singer & DJ and just set the scene perfectly. We used South Sound Events for our wedding and had an amazing experience. Tom was great at organising everything before the day and keeping us informed. Whenever we had questions or queries, he always answered them as quickly as he could (no matter how silly our questions were!). We had Dan White for live acoustic music, DJ and MC for the night and he was phenomenal! The acoustic music was fantastic and perfect for our ceremony and cocktail house. Dan is an incredibly talented artist. Dan had the best vibe and presence as our MC and DJ too. As a DJ he had the perfect mix of classics for all the guests, parents and oldies, as well as playing one of the best DJ sets we have seen to finish off the night! Millie honestly thinks Dan was better than Hot Dub. Out of all the weddings we have been to (over 10+), he has been the best DJ and over two weeks later we are still getting compliments and feed back from our guests that they loved Dan! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for other weddings and events - we didn't want the night to end. South Sound Events and Nicky Sandover come highly recommended. Nicky recently played live and DJ'd at our recent charity dinner at Meelup Farmhouse and not only was Nicky an amazing talent she was also very professional, focussed and interacted with our team so nicely. Our guests have remarked how great the entertainment was on the night which is so awesome considering Nicky managed to go between her live set and DJing so seamlessly.
