FIRSTLY ~ the positives We really enjoyed our stay last night in the King Spa Suite, the food was amazing, the spa was so relaxing! The king bed was super comfy! The air con really cooled the room down We loved the later check out time, the complimentary drinks at the bar. SECONDLY ~ A few things that disappointed us, that may need some attention... - You can hear the lifts from the King Bed - Mould or something growing in the vent of bathroom fan - Shower flooded - Found hair in our bed under the blankets - Pillows were way too soft - Need to supply more shampoo for guests and bubble bath for the spa - Need to have price list for the snack tray - The spa wasn't really clean either. - Had buffet breaky but had no cutlery, no serviettes - also didn't get shown where the coffee or tea was. Heaters don’t work , tiny rooms, rude bar and restaurant staff , tiniest bathrooms ever, dated in general.. nothing redeeming about it. Card access to the room fails regularly.. mattress was all lumps and springs.. no fresh air, it’s scented but still full of old aircon dust and mould More...

Took around 30 minutes just to check in, as they had many people checking in, but only one staff member on the desk. Got all this lint on my clothes on the first morning - from the towels. There was no clock in the room, to know what time it was, so I had to sleep with my mobile phone next to me, which meant I couldn't have it charging overnight. And when I tried to order steak from the bar one night, the bartender was so inflexible, that I couldn't swap the onion rings for chips, and vegetables were extra. Seriously? On what planet is steak and onion rings (at $40) a balanced meal? The room itself was tiny. Staying elsewhere next time. More...
