What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Reading a crowd. Too many DJs love themselves and will play songs that only the love, even if it means no one dancing. Primary DJ will always read your crowd and change the music to suit every situation.
Also...Listening to the client! We chat to every client leading up to their event to ensure a suitable playlist is ready to go as a starting point. We also take requests on the night.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We are all laid back, friendly and listen to everyone at the party! We are 'greatest hit' DJs; we play every era of music from top 40 all the way back depending on the crowd. We tailor every party to suit the client.
What do you love most about your job?
A pumping dance floor, the look on people's face when a song is played that they haven't heard for ages/forgotten about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Music has been a big part of our lives and so to be able to play it for a living was too big an opportunity.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are friendly and approachable...which can sometimes be an issue for DJs who take themselves too seriously! We also have Working with Children's Checks so we can cater for all ages.
