What do you love most about your job?
Coaching, consulting and education provides me with diverse experiences each day. I enjoy working with people as they seek to learn and grow in their roles and are open to looking for different ways to build their own skills and knowledge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself presented me with new challenges and opportunities to deliver the work I wanted to focus on.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a sound understanding of the challenges and pressures experienced in health and human care service environments and can empathize with and motivate clients as they face leadership challenges and want to pursue their own improvement.

Happy to work remotely using online platforms such as Teams, Zoom. I also work directly with clients should they prefer face to face meetings.
