They catered my baby shower and it was amazing. Everyone was fed with leftovers and the food was incredible. Lovely staff will definitely hire again!
What’s your signature dish?
14 hour Slow Cooked Beef Brisket. We can serve this as a sit-down main or in the form of sliders (Cheeseburger sliders etc). We also use this in our nachos.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Actually and actively listening to what you want and acting appropriately, being flexible with our dishes and offerings and actually caring that your event is a success (with the food anyhow, the rest is up to you ?).
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to offer low cost but high quality food. We have had over 20 years of food experience and have created an equation that takes out all the fluff to leave you delectable food at affordable prices.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A gigantic gap in the market for affordable, quality catering.
