I would like to thank Reina from Medalert so much for her very quick response to my email yesterday on my queries on my new Medalert Watch. Reina rang me back about my query and was so professional, helpful and pleasant over the phone, adjusted the sensitivity of the watch for me while I was talking to her, checked my SOS emergency contact for me and also emailed me back all the information I needed to start an account with the SE Tracker on my mobile phone. I again sent Reina an email today to thank her for all her help and she again rang me to let me know if I need assistance at anytime, to contact her either via email or phone, which was so good to hear. Its been really more then a month that I’ve received my GPS tracker. After receiving I was trying to contact LINXIO to send someone to install on my truck but they always said… someone will be in touch with you or one of our technician will call you shortly to come and install… i called them 3 time… no one contacted me since… finally I’ve decided to give them only start just for the product was received in 2 business days at my address… I wish they were better at service providing

The watch itself is a great tool for safety and peace of mind. My nana loves it. Reina is so accomodating and calls us whenever we need to clarify something about it functionalities. Watch out guys out there if you were looking for GPS tracking systems, try to avoid this company as their tracking devices are not reliable and always difficult to have them rectify the issues. Their customer support is very disappointing and never get back to you even they said they would multiple times. Worst customer service I have ever experienced as it has been quite a few months and I am still trying to sort out the issues I have with their tracking systems. I am very pleased with the various features of the MedaAert watch. The falls detection function worked very well with adjustable sensitivity settings. I like the ability to dial from the watch to alert my contacts. The reliability and functionality of your system are NON-PERFORMANCE. The issues we are experiencing are not occasional — they are persistent and severely disruptive. Linxio currently charge us $200/ month. Below are the primary complaints: GPS Tracking Failures – The GPS system is often non-functional. Live tracking is unreliable or entirely unavailable at critical times, defeating its core purpose. Live Camera Dysfunctionality – The live camera feeds are consistently lagging, outdated, or non-operational. There is no reliable video playback available, and only still image playback is accessible — which is grossly inadequate for real-time monitoring or incident review. Device Downtime – Devices frequently show as offline, even when they are powered, with green lights and connected in vehicles. This clearly indicates deeper connectivity or firmware issues that remain unresolved. Recurring Technical Problems – Your system is plagued by constant “technical issues” that affect GPS and live view functions. The reliability of your entire platform is in question. High Maintenance Dependency – These problems are not rare; they are ongoing and demand continual technical support and maintenance — an unacceptable burden for a system meant to improve efficiency. Not Suitable for Urgent Operations – The lag, downtime, and poor compatibility make your system entirely unsuitable for any situation that requires immediate action or live tracking. Misleading Commitment Requirements – Locking clients into a contract while delivering a system that fails to meet even basic expectations is deceptive. Amazing Medalert watch for seniors. Have set this up for our parents. It’s quite sleek (not bulky like other brands) and easy for our 80+ parents to use. We set it up for them with the help of the Medalert support line. Always answered promptly and talked us through any issues. The Velcro strap option makes it comfortable to wear 24/7 and health monitoring and location tracking from afar is fantastic. We have tested the SOS function, which worked well. I seldom leave reviews but in this case I asked to be able to leave one for Paul at Med Alert. I had trouble getting the watch for my mom operational. Paul was extremely helpful, professional and patient. We exchanged many many emails over the course of several weeks. He was just very good at his job. If not for him I would have returned the watch. Due to being alone and experiencing increasing health issues, I started researching health devices I.e watches. After comparing many, I chose a product from Medalert for elderly which gave me the benefits I needed, without a lot of other things I didn't at this age. Absolutely. Most of what I do is remote—via Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. I offer virtual discovery sessions, screen‑share audits, initial setup and training, and follow‑up support call‑ins. I can also walk through tools step‑by‑step in real time. If clients want in‑person help and they’re around Sydney, I can come onsite too, but remote is usually smoother and more efficient.

Face‑to‑face meetings are now contact‑free. I do 100% of client meetings, onboarding and training online.

When onsite visits are needed, I wear a mask, sanitise equipment and respect distancing.

I’ve upgraded all tech to high‑quality video setups so clients get clear visuals, reducing any need for in‑person follow‑ups.

I stay flexible with rescheduling if someone feels unwell—I simply shift the session online or to another time. Clients appreciate that adaptability.
