I purchased a voucher for my daughter but, I stuffed up my email badly. The staff here, I think it was Charlotte, was so patient and extremely helpful. I could not recommend them highly enough. They were prompt, courteous and very patient with MY mistake. Hasten to say I’m not very computer savvy. A big thank you to BOB staff and in particular Charlotte for her kind help and assistance.
