Elegant Creators is definitely thee best. Joy was able to effortlessly put my thoughts and ideas together to create a masterpiece for our Radiology Year End Lunch. The communication between myself and Joy was very professional and with each discussion she was able to help me narrow down my choices and create the look I wanted. All of my decor consisted of exactly what I had planned out with Joy and was set up in a timely manner. Joy even assisted in organizing a DJ for my event who by the way was excellent - DJ France (Francois) I would recommend Elegant Creators 100% if you are looking for a company to bring out the vibe you are looking for.
