I recently had a very disappointing experience with this service. The initial quote provided was not honoured upon arrival at my home, which was frustrating and misleading.

Once the workers arrived, I was informed of additional charges that had not been discussed beforehand, including a call-out fee and an extra R325 for screws. This was particularly concerning as I already had screws available and this was not communicated or confirmed prior to their visit.

I felt placed in a very uncomfortable position, as I was suddenly expected to pay more than the agreed amount on the spot. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fair pricing, especially as there was no opportunity to properly agree to these changes in advance.

What was most upsetting is that I felt taken advantage of during the process. As a woman alone at home, I felt the pricing assumptions and lack of clear communication were not handled professionally or respectfully. It is important that customers are given full, upfront clarity on all costs before any work is carried out.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future clients are treated with clearer communication, fairness, and respect. Please don't scam people. More...
