Chef T is extremely talented and ensures that all our needs are met, she’s very friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend her for any event she understands the needs of each and every individual and she’s just very fun to be around.

We booked this catering company two weeks in advance for our year end function (220 people) and paid in full upfront. On the day of the event, they arrived three hours late, at which point the event was nearly over. We had no choice but to send them back because their services were no longer usable.

They acknowledged the failure and promised a full refund, stating that the service was never delivered. However, it has now been two months, and instead of issuing the refund, they have continued to delay, make excuses, and provide inconsistent information.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Being late is one issue—but failing to take responsibility and honor a promised refund is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before booking with this company. More...
