It hasn’t rained yet so I cant comment on the initial job which was waterproofing. I have to say this though: the contractor under quotes materials so that his quote can appear cheap. Days leading up to the work date he starts to add on materials. On the day of work he throws a huge curve ball and customer has to pop out cash for additional material or the job comes to a standstill. He acts professional and all during negotiations once he receives that deposit small funny demands come up. He is not rude, he must just decide if his a business man or corn artist. More...

I like artisan work, to work with hands while learning at the same time.

It has been my dream to own a company from school days as I was brought up in a business family.
