I am disappointed with the service I received.The CCTV cameras were installed at my property on 08 May 2026, and I paid for a system that would allow remote viewing on our mobile phones. Unfortunately, the remote viewing functionality was never completed due to an alleged WiFi/DVR connectivity issue.Since the installation, I have received several promises that the problem would be fixed, but no one has returned to resolve it. As things stand, the system is not performing the function for which it was purchased.While the cameras were physically installed, the job remains incomplete, and the lack of after-sales support has been extremely frustrating. I hope this matter is resolved soon, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.2026/07/14I initially left a negative review because, after the CCTV installation, the remote viewing on our phones was not working, and despite several promises, it took weeks for the installer to return. This was frustrating because the system could not be used as intended.The installer has since returned, diagnosed the problem, and it turned out that the DVR had a factory fault rather than an installation fault. The faulty DVR has now been replaced/fixed, and the remote viewing is working correctly.While I appreciate that the underlying fault was not the installer’s doing, I believe the communication and response time could have been much better.
