What makes a great website?
Your website is often times the first impression that your would-be customers will have of your business. Your website quite often IS your business! Imagine the perfect store, or shop, or office - whatever real-world environment you conduct your business in... now, translate all the care and attention that you give to aesthetics, branding and customer experience. A great website is all of those things... great user experience, engaging and compelling content, user-friendly and great to look at. Plus, it gets people in the door or the phone ringing!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The most important thing for me to understand as a Web Designer and Marketing Specialist is YOU, the Visionary. So I will ask you to speak, and I listen. I will ask about your business and brand, your vision, your plans... I will ask you to paint the full picture of your brand's success story. Once I have a clear understanding of you and your brand, the rest is action, passion and synergy!
Describe your creative process.
My clients set the tone, so the first thing we do is get to the same page. I often ask my clients to share some brand elements that they like, and discuss their reasons behind the selections. We talk about color palettes, typography and brand "voice" and "tone". Not so much in these technical terms, but you get the idea. I always make the creative process immersive and inclusive for my clients, to ensure the outcome is exactly what the client envisioned.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I ask my clients to share their vision for their brand with me. I ask you to tell me as much as you can about your business, including details on product/services, your competition, your target audience, and your concept of what is beautiful.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating! I am both a technical person as well as a creative, so I am able to handle the left-brain stuff as well as the right-brain stuff. I think this is a unique combination of powers, and it makes what I do both fun and rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out in accounting and found my way to the various creative expressions of technology. It seemed like a good idea to find more ways to mix my two passions, and from that, my business was born.
Why should our clients choose you?
I genuinely care about my clients and their projects and brands. I am not just a Web Guy.. I am an experienced marketing specialist and business tactician. With me, you have an elite one-man army, though I do have a team of other awesome creators I work with, so you are guaranteed a lot of support the entire way.

With Zoom, Whatsapp, Telegram,Google Meet and other such tools for remote collaboration, up to 100% of my work is done remotely. I have clients across time zones, and I always adjust my schedule to accommodate my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Great question! Currently, we have zero in-person interaction with clients. We do everything digitally, remotely.
