I did not shout or scream at Zuzi. Based on our conversation, I contacted the prospect if she did not request a few days ago regarding the same request. She agreed that she did, but she did not get any response. Then I told her that no accountant bought her lead previously because she does everything herself. I told her the second request was not as explicit as the previous one, which is why I purchased her request; otherwise, I would not have bought it because she did everything herself, and it will be challenging to charge that. After all, the person does everything herself only wants to be assisted on SARS submission.
