What a happy accident! We popped in for a drink and ended up staying the night to celebrate my daughter finishing matric — and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The estate is breathtakingly beautiful, with hidden gems and special spots to explore around every corner. The rooms are stunning and make you feel as though you’ve escaped to another country. Gauteng DJ was one of the absolute best choices my wife and I could have made for our wedding. Henk has a really good sense of the crowd and atmosfeer and his music choices were perfect for each moment. The specific requests my wife and I had was executed to perfection.Henk also went over and above what was expected - with a full 4k video of the ceremony and the speeches. He even took some stunning photo’s of the venue and decorations before the guests entered the reception hall. His website was a sight for sore eyes during a time in our own planning where many couples tend to feel overwhelmed and lost. His website and documents that he has available and uses to plan the music, works as a guide to ensure that you also understand the flow of most weddings and can make your adjustments accordingly and ensure that you are not missing any of the important moments of a wedding.10/10 would recommend to anybody in the planning stage of a wedding. Good Day, A Wedding Proposal, 15 March 2025: We would just like to take time out and recognised one of your Employees. We had a wedding proposal on the 15 March 2025 and we were assigned to Olga Makwakwa. O WoW! what an Angel on Earth. Olga is such a humble, helpful & respectful person who really went the EXTRA mile to ensure our Wedding Proposal to run smoothly. The original plan was to have the proposal in the garden as it is just stunning but unfortunately we had heavy rains for days, Olga then arranged (with I guess some help) for us to make use of one of the Honeymoon Suites!! ...and was that the BEST EVER suggestion / decision!!! Although it was a bit overcast and cool this set-up in this venue really 'hit the ball out of the park"! The Couple who got engaged planned to "Elope" but I can assure you that the service / reception we experience from Olga / Avianto as a whole definitely changed the minds of the said Couple and I think we can say "Avianto / Olga has another Wedding Day on their books". Olga is really and asset to Avianto, her personality just makes one very comfortable to work with. We can see that she takes pride in her job (position) and that she really carries the name of Avianto very high. We are looking forward in having future functions at Avianto and walking this road with our very own Earth Angel Olga. My 50th Birthday celebration, 27 April 2025: I would just like to applaud Helen D'Oliveira for her quick response on 15 April 2025 when I had an enquiry. Helen was really on the ball and ensured me that "you've got me" as a was a wreck! I immediately knew I made the right choice (yet again) by considering Avianto. Helen, provided me with the information I needed and our telephone conversations also made me to feel comfortable with her. I mentioned to Helen that I dealt with Olga the previous month and she assigned my 50th / our event to Olga and we were so grateful for this and we knew from the start that my 50th Birthday Celebration will be another "hit the ball out of the park"! There are no words to describe how happy and blessed we are to have found this venue as well as Hein and the team to make our dream wedding become a reality! EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND PERFECT! From the 1st meeting till the actual event, You where amazing. We had some unique requirements, and You always came up with a plan and made it work, no matter how impossible and challenging it appeared when we suggested it. The venue and the chapel looked amazing and was like a fairytale wedding come alive for us. Everything was absolutely perfect and reflected the love and affection we have for each other. It was romantic, yet sophisticated and very elegant. Although the rain brought some challenges, You and Your Team quickly came up with a plan B and everything when smoothly.
