Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?

Our State of Accounting Research found that 97% of accountants believe that they can support economic growth. And our State of Small Business research found that 28% of businesses wanted their accountants to act as a full-on business consultant. This is an increase from the previous year, when it was just 11%.
Technology and especially Artificial Intelligence and Cloud based systems have been one of the key factors enabling this shift, allowing accountants to step away from manual and repetitive tasks. Our research found that 87% of accounting firms use at least some cloud technology, and many others have turned to automation.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people save both time and money so they can focus on things they really enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
By implementing Cloud based accounting systems as well as AI systems for document uploads during lockdown, my hours reduced dramatically so I had to get more clients instead of depending on one large group.

I have embraced the changes that were forced on me because of Covid-19 and now want to offer an improved service to my clients so they can save time and money.

I work on both Sage and Xero Cloud based systems so prefer working remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By working remotely and only meeting via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, we no longer are in direct contact with one another.

While certain Accountants only work with one Cloud based system, I prefer looking at what is best suited for my clients and recommending what is best for them. I want to save you time and money so you can concentrate on what is important to you - YOUR BUSINESS. As I have vast experience in different systems, I can identify and fix problems a lot quicker.
Basic Bookkeeping
Whether you go the Cloud route or not, I can operate remotely to keep your bookkeeping up to date. We can negotiate a flat rate per month or work on an hourly rate, whatever is best for you.

Having had my own Service Station and worked in a Ultra City for years, I know all the ins and outs of the business. I can set up excellent cash controls and analyze your business to help you improve your profit.

Payroll
We offer two options. Set up a system for you and train you to use the system. This is the cheapest way to go.
The other option is we set up a Payroll system and run it for you at very competitive rates.

Having set up large companies from the beginning stages I have ample experience in doing business plans. I also have done lots of business plans for Mall rental applications. I have two options. 1. I guide you and give you the framework as well as Excell sheets to do your own Business Plan or 2. I get as much information as possible from you and do everything for you.
