We had a disaster with major flooding throughout our house. I contacted Joanie on a Saturday morning over a long weekend and she was on holiday but organised her team who were willing to come in - they were there within less than two hours and literally saved the day. They achieved what I thought would be impossible and did so with a smile and a beautiful caring attitude. Pheti was just the fantastic and it is clear she is well trained and looked after - Joanie trusted her and it was quickly evident she had every reason to. Joanie kept in touch from wherever she was on holiday - constantly checking in and making sure everything was going well.
