We started off well - 1st to respond to quote request; should have been weary when it took almost 3 wks to get a quote back. Though the finished product may look good at first glance; we can honestly say we are left wanting due to the end result not being 100% of what was promised!
A case of over-promise and under-deliver...had to pay for additional supplies & repairs that we needed after "completion" and just poor communication.

*An opinion of one client is an opinion of one client. *I was going to correct on everything that has been pointed out, but i will just mention 1 or 2. * It took 10 days to give a quote from initial viewing, it took me 3 days to find what was wanted. * Still could not decide on finishes, so i cannot complete a quote like that. * Then i was told to chop my qoute 3times because own materials wanted to be bought. *Extra work was even done, while busy with work from initial qoute. Which was never charged for. Just to show we do go the extra mile. * Nice sum of the balance was kept back. *Which i then said to keep and use for whatever needs fixing. I will take the loss. *Which from the beginning was a loss for me. *Communication was almost everyday, as i too have my own evidence.. *Because i did not want to jump through hoops, a bad review is best that could be done 👍 *Any publicity is good publicity *Lastly i give any of my other clients platform to agree with this review, if i opperate that way. *Thankyou for the opportunity once again though.
