I have accumulated 20 years of work experience through all work stages from inception to close out and various project types, Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Parastatal and Governmental, This includes:
-Development & rationalization of Project designs,
-Design research, aesthetic, functional and environmental interventions,
-Realization of sketch design documentation,
-In-depth understanding of detail design and assembly of buildings.
-In-depth understanding of building services i.e. services coordination,
- Project administration of large-scale projects through to construction phase and close out.
- High-level detail documentation using BIM software
- High-level graphic capabilities.
