Aqeel is very focused and invested in the plan he has formulated for my needs, and he is also extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and I feel safe and secure with entrusting him with my fitness goals.

First we do a screening which are basic medical screening which includes taking your Blood pressure, Resting Heart, Active heart rate. We take measurements and weight. Lastly we do fitness testing which is mobility, flexibility, stability and full body strength testing so we can address those muscular imbalances.

Once the screening is done we will work out a program it achieve your fitness based on the results of the screening.

It’s quite straightforward which is consistency.

When we want to achieve our dream body we most likely following an exercise training program. It’s very common for most of us when we follow an exercise program to lack motivation. It’s normal not to feel motivated at times. We need to have the discipline and make a commitment as well as working on making a deeper commitment by developing the enjoyment for exercise and working on a strategy to build self-discipline to be more consistent. By those approach’s you’ll start achieving your fitness goals a lot quicker.


What I love most about my job is that I value health and enjoy helping others. I enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through exercise and movement.


What inspired me to start my own fitness business is that since I was a teenager I was always passionate about the fitness industry. I feel like being a trainer would be something I’m good at and I enjoy it so much it feels like a don’t have to work a day in my life.


Clients should choose me because on my track record of how I helped clients through the years achieving their goals in the past. I try and make the training sessions for the client enjoyable as possible so they can develop a positive relationship with exercising which helps them to stay consistent and with that consistency they will definitely get closer and arrive at achieving their health or fitness goals.

Yes but I choose not to. In terms of my opinion in person training sessions are more effective than online sessions.


During Covid-19 mask was been worn both myself and the client. Social distancing 2 meters apart as well as sanitizing before and after using gym equipment. This protocol does not apply in longer.

During lockdown online training was the only option.

At the moment Covid-19 protocol in all fitness centers doesn’t apply any longer.

Clients have the option of training in the comfort of their own home. Gym equipment will be provide too.

Other option would be training at a private gym with no membership fees included. Gyms are based in Claremont and Rondebosch in Cape Town
