I appreciated Graham's punctuality and polite demeanor, but unfortunately, the quality of the window cleaning service was disappointing.
Before accepting the quote, I specifically asked if they could clean between the Trellidor windows, and Graham confirmed they could. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they only clean the glass.
Not only were the window frames, handles, and other areas neglected, but even the glass itself was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were visible streaks and marks left behind, making it feel like the work was rushed or done without proper attention.
I had hoped for a professional service that would exceed what I could do myself, but this experience fell far short of expectations. To make matters worse, it was clear they lacked the appropriate equipment for the job. This felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Her request was: "I need someone to clean my 10 windows, and they must be South African". I quoted on the job, from photos supplied. The follow-up question was "can the price increase?" My response was "No, my quote is my quote ". On arrival the scope of the job was not just the windows and cleaning between the trellidor and windows (the window sill), which I agreed to, but also cleaning off cement, plaster an plastic surrounding the frames. As well as cleaning inside the trellidor tracks (aluminium filings, dust, sand and tiles) this was not specified in the "10 windows" The windows were cleaned with a waterfed system that uses pure water and leaves no streaks. In her own words "I don't think these windows have ever been cleaned" The job was certainly not rushed, (took over 3 hours) and the equipment used is top end.

Flower Surprise
I recently used twenty twenty window washing to clean all my windows. I was really impressed with how meticulously they work.
Dianne and Graham are punctual and they work quickly and neatly and do an incredibly good job on the windows and window frames, which have never been so well cleaned. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
