It's lays the foundations for health and wellbeing because it means that we are fuelling our bodies optimally. Food can make us feel good, function and perform well, and ensure that we recover properly after bouts of exercise and our daily activities.

I start with understanding their goals, preferences, and lifestyles. I believe that clients already know what is best for them but might need help implementing new habits, routines and knowledge. I use a client-centred approach to help new habits stick, instead of simply telling them what to do.

Prioritising exercise, movement, sleep, stress management, eating minimally processed food most of the time, and connecting with loved ones.

Helping clients see that they are able to change their habits and behaviours to match their goals. To empower people with the skills to maintain health and wellness for life.

My own journey towards health and fitness enabled me to see the importance of having a coach or guide during the initial stages. I found purpose in being that guide for others, to spread the knowledge of how to lead a strong, happy, fit and healthy life for as long as we are on earth.

I place safety as top priority in coaching physical movements, I take the time to find out about clients goals, preferences and ability levels currently. My goal is to help them reach their goals safely and effectively and I'll be your cheerleader when you need the support!

Yes, possible to conduct sessions over Zoom. I can go to the client’s location has a gym of their own at their condo / possible to come to my gym as well.

I do ART tests weekly to ensure I am well - safety is my top concern.
