What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do Self-ART everyday before heading to work and send to our manager the results to keep eveyone around us safe.

Treatment Duration: 1 hour inclusive of inspection
(After treatment minimum requirement of 30 minutes needed to let product settle)
ALL TREATMENTS CAN ONLY BE DONE MINIMALLY 14 DAYS APART AS PRODUCTS NEED TIME TO WORK ON PESTS
During treatment process only pest technicians can be in the unit all members of the apartment to wait outside till treatment is completed.
(Kindly ensure all valuables and all necessary items are taken before we commence with treatment)
Floors may be wet after treatment if apartment was classified as heavy pest infestation, in such cases more products will be applied (ELDERLY/SENIORS TO BE CAUTION)
Pre treatment instructions:
1.Do not move anything.
2.Do not do thorough cleaning.
3.Leave the things and house as it is.
ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED ARE TO ENSURE PEST TECHNICIAN IS ABLE FIND THE PESTS ROOT CAUSE FOR INFESTATION.
Post treatment instructions:
1.Wait minimum 30mins before entering your premises to ensure the vapour of chemicals has settled down.
2.Mop the floors.
3.Change bedsheets/pillow cover/casings.
4.Do not wipe walls.
Termite Control
The Product we use is: IMPACTUS 350SC Termite Defense
Impactus 350SC is a non-repellent termiticide that provides excellent colony management. It is water based solution with no odour during or after treatment. Even with extremely low dose (700x) it provides excellent protection to premises and buildings. It performs well
for both prevention (pre-construction) and extermination (post-construction).
Targeted Pest: Subterranean Termites Drywood Termites
Active Ingredient: 35% w/v Imidacloprid
Dilution Rate:
Pre-construction - 143ml/100L (1:700) Post-construction - 143ml/100L (1:700)

(After treatment minimum requirement of 30 minutes needed let product settle)
