Kris is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer. I can see he sincerely wants to bring out the best in his trainees through his instruction and advice - both on and off the gym. I have completed the first lot of 12 sessions with him and have already signed up for the next 12. It is too early to rate Kris since it was our first lesson but I find easy to follow his instructions and he does not do too many variations of exercise in one lesson.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Understand their capability and level of fitness, designing the workout that meets their goal. Helping them with their diet. Setting goal by different level as to motivate them and also for progression.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline, determination, diet and there is not really any secret in it. Just do it.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing of people life, seeing the happiness, the confident and the ability to do the things that they are unable to do before and also a good health in them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love my job and my work can be done anywhere, anytime. I like a balance of work and life. And that really suit me.

I started coaching from 2006. Been upgrading myself with different type of training. I met different kind of clients and i help alot of them. So im confident about my expertise. not the best, but i will do my best.
