What do you love most about your job?
To see clients and end-users utilize the spaces we have designed and built in a unique way that outlast their lifetime, brings satisfaction and fulfilment to us that we have done a great job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Founder of Archtur, Jonathan’s dream and passion for Architecture started as a boy Scout when he designed, modelled, and constructed real life structures such as towers, bridges, gateways, and campsites equipped with kitchen and furniture to live, cook, and sleep in. Fascinated with how dreams were realized with such iterations, Jonathan majored and graduated with a Master of Architecture from National University of Singapore (NUS). He aspired to design and construct a new skyscraper in the Central Business District (CBD) skyline which he accomplished after 6 years into his career with DP Architects. Jonathan accomplished numerous residential apartments with Surbana Jurong Consultants thereafter. As a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), Jonathan went on to serve the industry as a Project Manager with Far East Organization and Design Manager with ISG Asia (Singapore) where he completed several public and private apartment projects. With a deep understanding of all major industry stakeholders over 20 years of experience, Jonathan founded Archtur where he designed and completed numerous landed houses, shophouses and commercial projects which have transpired their dreams into better lives and memories.

We treat every project like our own while design and building them, never to compromise on the quality of these spaces.

No we do not. Due to the cement and mortar nature of our business, a personalized and physical service to our clients is essential in bringing out the best in each and every project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have adopted hybrid physical and remote meetings format which segregates all stakeholders while they are ill and yet able to keep the project going.
Architectural Consultancy
Each project is unique. Be it clients' desires and objectives, site conditions, design preferences, and authority compliances, our architectural consultancy services strive to facilitate our clients in being the "Author of Your Dreams".
Project and Contract Administration
The period of materializing each project generally varies between a few months all the way to 6 years. Throughout this duration, coordination works between the different industry professionals and stakeholders regarding designs, authority approvals, the commencement of construction, and ongoing works, all the way to the completion of the project can be extensive.
Having a team to oversee and administer the contract of the project will provide peace of mind, and alleviate our clients from having to deal with the mundane day-to-day operation and coordination works on site.
