Sen interior design provided excellent service. They were on time and on budget. Jim completed major renovation works which involved hacking of walls and rebuilding of partitions within 2. 5 months. I was very impressed. He was patient in going through multiple rounds of design changes. On top of that; he managed to find replacement floor tiles manufactured two decades ago which helped us save money whilst fabricating new carpentry that created a perfect blend of old and new. It’s from my brother and sis in law that I get to know Sen Interior Design. They were so happy and delighted with the Reno results and highly recommended Sen Interior Design to me. I was convinced by the design and workmanship from Sen Interior Design from my brother’s condo and also the reviews and feedback from my brother and sis in law that they were very responsible ID even the after sales service the follow up was good. Apparently I engaged Sen Interior Design and contacted Daniel. Indeed the reply from Daniel was so prompt and so fast and we decided to meet up. Daniel gave me a very approachable feel, and he was so easy to communicate with, flexible for discussion and accommodative too. Subsequently we also meet up with Jim, a very approachable person too, humble, friendly helpful and patient too. They were so organised and thoughtful and really did all the necessities to helped to protect and cover up my sofa, and also the flooring with heavy duty protection mat and also area with major hacking to be sealed up before Reno begin because me and my family were staying in the house while Reno actually in progress. We were so impressed right from the beginning the way how they did all these arrangements. Daniel will visit the site almost every day. Unfortunately he had a serious motor bike accident and stop visiting the site🥲 However, we found out from Jim that he was still very concerned and ensured that everything was done up properly and everything was ok. Therefore Jim starts to take over Daniel. Nice to work with Jim too. As accommodative as Daniel. Able to resolve problems and issues efficiently, as mentioned very patient too. Me and my hubby sincerely like to thanks Daniel and Jim for their effort and innovative ideas, their professionalism, their confidence and pride for making the Reno process so smooth and awesome. The end work results, qualities and workmanship was excellent! Really appreciate and feeling grateful to Sen Interior Design for these 2 heroes! Dennis from Sen Interior seemed enthusiastic and polite over our first phone call after receiving our enquiry on Bark so my husband and I were keen to meet with him on Zoom. However, Dennis went MIA on us despite confirming a time to meet on Saturday 6:30pm. There was still no response from him after waiting for half an hour. Well, we are truly thankful that we have Daniel with us in our 2nd renovation journey. Daniel listened to our family needs and plan the space and design accordingly. What do you love most about your job?
Our passion is definitely design. We believe we are the only ID firm in Singapore that providing 3D before you even confirm any job with us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a designer. Every jobs are like a child. We are responsible and also passion in it. But always there's a higher management want us to give unreasonable stuff to our precious clients. Therefore we would like to give back to the community with our passion instead of what others are doing that is overly charging.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are able to provide 3D visual for you to understand your design better. It's important to know what you are getting before you even pay for anything. And design contain a greater value.

Some far we able to travel to you or meet up in our office for our services. Unless required if not we try not to do it remotely. As we have our design to present out on the spot.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are forever wearing masks even now the rules are no longer that strict. But due to the exposure of clients we have. It's only fair we keep all our clients safe.
