What inspired you to start your own business?
I've experienced burnt out, emotional imbalance, physical inflammation/pain, there was misalignment in my body, mind and soul. After practicing reiki, yoga, meditation etc and having a routine, I felt a sense of calmness and balance. I hope to share these knowledge and experiences of mine and what I've learnt from others to you.
