Midah is not only a fantastic yoga teacher with many years of practice and experience of many types of practices but also with knowledge of massage techniques and natural energetic healing techniques. She is a warm human being able to connect at a deep level with everyone and help anybody in the path of finding health and joy in their body while having fun! Midah is super knowledgeable in yoga education & wellness! She is adaptable, she knows when to push you to grow further in your practice or when to slow down especially if u have injuries. Alsoooo she is supeeeeer funny so u’ll feel at ease in no time! More...

Yoga Classes

With Midah, it’s never just about the poses or results. Midah exhibits the true essence of yoga - she focuses on building the teacher-student relationship and the connection with her clients.

She would always scan and sense the energy of the room at the start of the class and tweak according to what she feels the clients needs.

She is always reminding us to focus on the process, and explaining the intentions behind each pose, which makes it more purposeful.

Her classes are never the same old repeat every week. She varies the classes with fresh sets of poses or progression of. That makes it so cool and refreshing!

Her sensitivity, encouragment and signature massages to conclude the class at the end made yoga a holistically physical and mental and more importantly, a spiritual and healing one.

I loved my yoga classes with Midah. She's very knowledgeable about the human body and her voice is very soft. I like that she can do soothing yoga as well as more active yoga.

Midah is a one of a kind rare yoga instructor with amazing energy.
I always feel rejuvenated, relaxed, stretched and exhausted in a positive way after her class.
Her compassion, enthusiasm and attention to movement, the body and spirit is impeccable thus create a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Midah is an awesome yoga teacher. She is very attentive towards her students. Her instructions are precise and she always gives her students alternatives poses when they are struggling to get into a particular pose.

I found Midah through yoga! I can honestly say that Midah is the best masseur I‘ve been to, and at the age of 52, I‘ve been quite a lot. She really tries to understand your pain or problems in your body and literally heals you. Her deep tissue massage soothed my aching traveller‘s muscles. Teaching is not easy. Midah does it wonderfully. I was so happy I attended her classes. She created a lesson that is unique with a great combination of strength, flow, deep breathing and relaxation. Her space is safe haven with great energy and a splash of humor to lighten the mood. She is gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and flexible She embodies the teacher we would like to encounter!! Thank you Midah!!
