Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with, did a powerflush on my heating system, a few hours later water started pouring through my ceiling, had to ring emergency plumber at 1 in the morning, Anthony who did the powerflush left a nut loose in our attic, thankfully the emergency plumber was able to sort it,unfortunately our ceilings were left in tatters, rang & emailed fixy, promised to sort out the damage,but here we are 10 months on & nothing, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Placed request and fixy responded offering to do work within minutes. Arranged for appointment at 1pm on Monday. On Sunday evening received text changing the appointment to 9 am on the Monday. Further text at 8:20 Monday morning that due to family emergency would not be able to attend and would rebook ( which is fully understandable, these things happen) .
