Bernard is a really talented electrician and made the complicated electrical problem that shorted out my lights for years a quick and smooth fix. This problem had defied two other electricians which just goes to show that plenty of sparkies can only do the most basic jobs. Alongside his knowledge and skills he's a really pleasant person to have around the house and mannerly and honest to a fault. He charged a very reasonable rate for dealing with 4 troublesome lights.
