Simon came out and took a look at the hole in our roof made by some bad actors (fraud). He patched up the hole the best he could the same day and the follow day his entire crew was on the job! We talked to the neighbors to get ALL our shingles replaced as we didn't want the semi-detached looking odd with half and half shingles, and they were happy with the quote Simon gave as well. Not only did they fix our plywood boards, they did an excellent job installing AND cleaning up after themselves. There were a few spots to call out to clean and while they were difficult, the crew got the job done. The best customer care happened after - a few boards were left behind because we asked them to, but once we didn't need them, we did not know how to dispose of the boards. Simon alone came back the day after the job and after getting the entire payment, to come remove the pieces for us. That is customer satisfaction. 100% recommend these folks! More...

The workmen completed my roof within a couple of hours and at every step of the way they sent me pictures and updates. Simon was very professional, giving us all the information we needed, even making an extra trip to our place so we could see what a new style of roof vent looked like. The crew, led by Ming, did a great job. When they found a problem with a beam caused by a previous company's addition of a bathroom vent through the roof, they added support to the beam at no extra charge. I built a garage in my backyard and hired the YS roofing team to waterproof me. However, due to delays in carpentry, snow began to fall on the second day of completion. I was worried about the wood being damaged by rain and snow, so I called Simon and wanted it done quickly. When I asked him, he checked the weather and promised to help me finish the roof the next day.
