Hi Alex Seale of Seale Fence & Deck, I wanted to share my experience as a tenant at a property where this company is responsible for snow removal. Unfortunately, their reliability has been a concern. We’ve had several snowfalls recently, and the crew has only come out once or twice. Each time it snowed, tenants had to reach out to remind them that the walkways and driveways needed clearing. After repeated missed visits, I called Alex to ask about the service. During that conversation, I explained that I was frustrated with the lack of follow-through, and the call ended unexpectedly. When I asked if the call had dropped, he said it hadn’t. About half an hour later, Alex called back to say he didn’t appreciate my tone and that this was why he hung up. I told him that, in my view, a better approach would’ve been to simply say if he no longer wanted contact or didn’t wish to communicate further — not to hang up mid-call. Later, he came to the property, became confrontational, and I ultimately felt it necessary to contact the police. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and communication. I hope sharing this helps others make informed decisions when considering this company. More...

I would not recommend this company. Alex hasn’t finish the remaining work. Don’t fall under 2 year warranty. He will never come to finish the work. Two slats on my backyard door is broken he never came to fix those. If he will come to finish remaining work after seeing this message then I will repost the message. Why should our clients choose you?
We are a fairly new company, only relevant within the last few years but everyday season we strive to improve and meet higher clientele goals. Our company slogan if you will, is "We're not just a company, we're a family". And within that, our workers and clientele are treated and respected as family. We try to hold a higher standard within the community when it comes to our clients because, we not only appreciate the support as a company but word of mouth also goes along way.

We do give our clients an option for over the phone/zoom call for a quote. We do this for many reasons, some being they have a busy schedule and their availability to be at the job site doesn't match up. Other times, they might be compromised with a sickness and cants be there in person. In this case, i like to call/zoom to get to know the client a bit more and understand what they are looking for from this potential job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because of the line of work i am in, there doesn't need to be human contact. We can speak over the phone/zoom and i can complete the job on the outside of the property without clients being present.
However, all our clients know this option and majority choose to meet in person and be present while i quote the job. We also have no issue wearing masks while on the job site to ensure customer safety and comfort.

We have 2 different options for clients to choose from add-ons available at request:
Basic Package $285 Centre Lot / $325 Corner Lot - 5 visits per month with basic sand/salt mixture
Unlimited Packaged $1,500 Season or $400 Monthly - Unlimited service calls, Choice of salt/sand mixture, Alaskan ice melt or Pet friendly, 2 circle backs per visit (incase plow blocks you in after we serviced)
Flooring
Laminate flooring, Engineered hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring
