What inspired you to start your own business?
Portal IT was founded on the idea of white-glove customer care. We are good at what we do technically; we are BETTER at our client experience. You should never feel like a number or a tick on a balance sheet. We want you to succeed, and we do that through great communication, impeccable service record and really being your technology champion.

Our services are available remotely and on premise (as needed). Our management tools, software and security stack and support tools were sourced with this in mind when we started in 2019.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our business was designed with remote-only in mind. We have resources nationwide to assist with "boots on the ground" as needed. We follow best practice when it comes to health and safety, ensuring that you as a client feel confident in our presence and our staff are taken care of too!
